We worked closely with award-winning architect William Smart from Smart Design Studio to create a boutique luxury building containing four whole-floor residences. Our vision was to create something special and unexpected in one of Surry Hills’ most established residential streets. Currently under construction, On Bourke will see the site become home to an elegantly curved structure with a strong brickwork façade, bringing to life a design that pushes brick past its practical limitations and into something of an art form.
