Design inspiration for The Riley came from the character of the original building and the iconic area of Darlinghurst. Known for years as being a mechanics workshop, the shell of the building was retained with new internal floor levels to suit a residential conversion.
Each residence has three levels with their own entry from the street and a new rooftop pavilion that contains the master bedroom and terrace. The building has been reimagined with an open flow of space and light and interiors that still very much celebrate the unique nature of the warehouse.
